16. Marketing and Social Media Usage Rights

By placing an order with Lumikkoja, you grant us permission to:

  • Use photos and videos of your completed personalized products for marketing purposes
  • Share images of your custom designs on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Feature your order in promotional materials, website galleries, and advertisements
  • Create content showcasing our products using your custom designs

Opt-Out Option: During checkout, you will have the option to opt out of having your images featured in our marketing materials by checking the box labeled "I do not want my images featured in social media content." If you select this option, we will not use your order for marketing purposes and will honor your privacy preference.

We will not:

  • Share your personal information (name, address, contact details) publicly without separate permission
  • Use your uploaded images in ways unrelated to showcasing our products
  • Claim ownership of your original content
