Personalized Products

Because our magnets and other products are custom-made with your uploaded images and specifications, they are considered personalized goods and cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your design.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the defective or damaged item
• A description of the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Our Mistake

If we made an error with your order (wrong product, incorrect personalization due to our error), we will replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund including shipping costs.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)).
